Welcome to the Electronic Delivery Authority!
In accordance with the Act on computerisation of entities fulfilling public administration tasks the Ministry of Economy has launched the Electronic Delivery Authority (EDA) along with the Electronic Registry Box (ERB) - ‘commonly available means of electronic communications used for the transmission of information in electronic form to a public entity through a public teleinformation network'.
In order to file an electronic document you need to fill in an application form available on our website and affix it with a secure electronic signature generated based on a qualified certificate issued by any Polish certification service provider.
In accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11th October 2005 concerning the minimum requirements for teleinformation systems (Journal of Laws no. 212 item 1677), the following attachment formats are accepted (download a PDF file)
a) txt
b) rtf
c) pdf
d) doc
e) jpg (jpeg)
f) gif
g) tif (tiff)
h) png
i) svg
j) zip
k) tar
l) gz (gzip)
m) rar
n) OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications, e.g. odt, ods, odp.
The size of all attachments appended to a single application form (electronic document) may not exceed 5 MB.
Documents containing malware will be rejected automatically and will be left unconsidered.
The issue of the Official Receipt Notice is equivalent to the acceptance by the Ministry of Economy of the electronic application sent.
Documents signed by means of a qualified certificate issued in a country from European Economic Area should be directed at the address: mg@mg.gov.pl.
Persons using certificates issued abroad are kindly requested to provide the name of the country and their certification service provider, and, if possible, the address of verifying application.
Once you have submitted the application form you receive the Official Receipt Notice (ORN).
